Project Description
Almost twenty years ago, Jannis Alexandridis began to inform his guests about olive trees, olives and olive oil - at that time as a hiking guide on Crete. As a trained olive oil tester, he is running workshops about olive oil since 2005.
His intention is to turn his interested guests into conscious consumers so that they can recognize quality olive oil. Of course, he is often asked if he can get good olive oil. Eventually he becomes an "olive oil dealer with a heart".
On his new website he not only sells olive products, but also provides comprehensive information about the production of olive oil and how it can best be used in the kitchen.
